Product and Usage

1. What are the main functions of the Gaitbol robot?
Gaitbol is a multifunctional intelligent robot for assisted walking rehabilitation. It provides two modes: standing-assisted walking and electric wheelchair. It aims to assist users in leg rehabilitation therapy, improve mobility, and enhance independence.

2. What is the standing assist walking mode of the Gaitbol robot?
In the standing assist walking mode, the Gaitbol robot allows users to stand and walk with support and balance, helping to exercise muscles, improve posture, and enhance user independence.

3. How to switch between the two modes in Gaitbol robot?
Switching modes can be done through a convenient control interface. The specific method for switching will be detailed in the product manual.

4. What is the battery life of the Gaitbol robot?
The Gaitbol robot has a large capacity of 360Wh, which can drive a long distance of 20 kilometers and can be used for about 20 days after being fully charged.

5. Is the Gaitbol robot easy to transport while traveling?
The Gaitbol robot has a collapsible form. When Gaitbo is fully collapsed, it can be placed in the trunk of a car, making it easy to carry during travels.

6. Does the Gaitbol robot come with safety features?
The motors of the Gaitbol robot are equipped with an active braking system. When your hand leaves the console, the wheels will immediately stop moving, ensuring the user's safety during operation.

Payment and Orders

1. How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via PayPal, Shopify Payments, Stripe, Credit Card and bank transfers to ensure the security of your money.

2. How do l track my order?
You can log in to your account. Then click on Tracking No. tab above your order to obtain all your order and tracking information so you can know when to anticipate delivery.

3. How long does a pending order stay pending until it expires?
Any orders that have not been paid for within 3 days (72 hours) will be canceled without further notice.

4. Can I modify my delivery address, color, promotional code, or other details for my order?
If your order is unpaid, you can cancel it and place a new order.

The product’s color, delivery address, promotional code, or other details cannot be modified after an order has been submitted and paid for.

If your order is ready to be shipped, you can simply cancel it and place a new one. All amounts will be refunded with no additional fee.

Once an order has left the warehouse, it can no longer be canceled. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return and place a new order. ( If you request a return after the item has been shipped, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee, wear and tear fee, etc. )

5. Can I cancel my order?
If your order is unpaid, you can cancel it. If your order is ready to be shipped, you can simply cancel it and place a new one. All amounts will be refunded with no additional fee. Once an order has left the warehouse, it can no longer be canceled. If you request a return after the item has been shipped, you are responsible for an additional shipping fee, wear and tear fee, etc.

Delivery and Shipping

1. How much will the shipping cost?
The shipping from Gaitbol is FREE. Gaitbol offers free shipping on all orders to the US territory (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and no minimum purchase is necessary.

2. How will my order be delivered?
Orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground and you will receive both order confirmation by e-mail and notification when the order has been shipped.

3. Where does Gaitbol ship?
Gaitbol robots are shipped to more than 56 nations and regions all over the world.

4. How long will my order be delivered?
Under normal circumstances, the current shipping times for in-stock products are two to five business days, depending on your location. Pre-ordered products may take between one and two months to arrive. We will seek to deliver your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to conditions beyond our control such as COVID-19, adverse weather conditions or FedEx errors, etc.

5. Can the robots be shipped to APO, FPO and DPO address?
No. FedEx cannot deliver to any military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. We only ship to residential or commercial addresses. Please contact FedEx immediately after placing your order if you have any special delivery requests, such as calling beforehand, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the product in a certain place.

Return and Warranty

1. Can I exchange my robot after my order has been shipped?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our products. You can simply return your robot and repurchase it. Do note that there will be an additional return fee. (Refer to our Return Policy for more information)

2. Can I return the product after I receive my order?
Due to the weight and size of the product, we do not provide return services for non-quality issues. Please note that additional fees will be charged for returns. (Refer to our Return Policy for more information).

3. How do I return my order?
Please send us your order number and product details through support@gaitbol.com. We will respond quickly with the return instructions that you will need. (Refer to our Return Policy for more information)

4. What does my product warranty cover?
For the following time periods, your warranty will be in effect (from the date your original order was shipped)

• Gaitbol G300 Series: 3-year warranty (Additional 2-year extended warranty for free)

2)Accessories
Accessories are guaranteed for 1 year

5. How do I get warranty service?

6. If my robot's warranty has expired and I need to purchase corresponding parts, what should I do?
You can purchase your replacement parts quickly and easily in the accessories page.

Assembly and Care

1. How do l assemble my Gaitbol robot?
Watching the assembly video or guide is a must before assembling your Gaitbol robot, as it will provide you with important safety information and assembly instructions. The majority of customers require approximately 10 minutes to assemble their robots.

2. How do l clean and care for my Gaitbol robot?
The majority of the upholstery on Gaitbol robot may be cleaned without any effort when used routinely and not abused. If you chance to spill something while using, just clean it up with a towel. Visit our blog for more detailed information on maintenance.

Others

1. How to choose and buy Gaitbol robots?
We currently only have the Gaitbol G300 model of rehabilitation robot, which is suitable for users with a maximum weight of 120 kilograms. In the future, we have plans to launch new model robots.

2. Can I order a custom robot made for me?
Yes. If you want a custom rehabilitation robot, please contact our support team support@gaitbol.com and fill out the form. We'll reply to you as soon as possible.

3. If I don’t want to subscribe to Gaitbol newsletters, what should I do?
If you do not wish to receive emails from Gaitbol regarding the latest news and discounts, please visit your account settings page and turn it off.
